This BEEB is against the recent strong up-trend, however it is formed at a strong longer term resistance area. Price has made a strong run higher to be where it is now, with two higher lows and a completed 1,2,3 pattern showing that a new short term up-trend had taken off.Price has thus far struggled to break lower and confirm the BEEB. For price to have any chance of moving lower at all, price would need to make a clean break of the BEEB low and to gain momentum. At this stage price has retraced higher back up the engulfing bar, but has been unable to gain the momentum needed to break lower.If price can break lower, we could see a possible short term move lower into the near term support area.
